Worst shop in Watford for customer service .....

HAK in Watford has to be the worst shop ive ever been in. My wife and i took a T shirt back in Jan 2012 to get a refund and were servied by a guy called Rob or Dan who had no interest in helping us and just pointed at the sign that was covered up in the counter saying it was company policy to not offer refunds. He then stood there grinning with a smug look on his face and was rude and obnoxious - This store has no customer service whatsoever ! My wife went back in today 16/02/11 with her credit note and picked a top and was met with the same miserable sales person who was of no use. I hope the owner of this store realises his staff are so bad and obviously think they are more important than they really are. I hope the shop is replaced soon with somewhere i would like to spend my money.
